Tabraiz has an extensive cyber security background, mitigating cyber risk for businesses from cutting-edge start-ups to FTSE100 enterprises. He develops enterprise-wide security initiatives covering simulated cyber-attack assessments, cyber crisis exercises, security awareness training and board-level advisory.
Ryan Siu,
Technical Director
Ryan is a leading information security professional who has been working in the cyber security industry for over 15 years. He has achieved the highest level of excellence for internationally recognised red teaming qualifications including a CREST Fellowship award for his outstanding commitment to the information security industry.
Sunny Mok,
Technical Director
Sunny is a technical cyber security expert with over eight years of experience working in both offensive and defensive capabilities. He has a strong background in securing enterprise cloud environments and helping organisations achieve compliance with industry standards such as ISO and SOC2.

Munawar has held an influential leadership presence in the global information security community for over 20 years. As a seasoned CISO at Trainline and Sainsbury's, as well as previously establishing deep-rooted information security leadership positions globally in News UK and Financial Times, financial services practice lead at Deloitte and risk management lead at a tier 1 investment bank in JP Morgan, Munawar stands as a strategic thought-leader in information security.

Sharukh Malik, Financial Advisor
Sharukh is a financial expert in asset management from Guinness Asset Management and holds a degree in Economics from The University of Cambridge, with experience as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Chartholder. Sharukh leads our financial operations.
Anne Chen, Operational Lead
Anne advises Wilbourne through her extensive experience in legal advisory and operational leadership, with experience as a qualified lawyer in Hong Kong, UK, various Australian states and Singapore, ex-president of Hong Kong Federation of Women Lawyers, top management with SMIC (2000-2013), co-founder and leader of various social enterprises to empower youths and underprivileged. Anne holds a position as Wilbourne’s legal and commercial specialist.

Charlie Moorton, Senior Security Consultant
Charlie is a senior cyber security expert with over 9 years of experience, including Deloitte and PentestPartners, leading advanced application security engagements, including cloud-native, compiled, and mobile solutions. This is supported by his Cyber Scheme Team Leader (CSTL) web app certification and CHECK Team Leader status. He leads Wilbourne's application security practice.
​Charlie holds the Principal Cyber Security Professional (PriCSP) title, which is awarded by the UK Cyber Security Council as a reflection of expert-level cyber security competence.
James Burns, Senior Security Consultant
James is a senior security consultant with over 20 years of experience across several consultancies, including IRM and Fidus. During this time, he has performed penetration tests for a large variety of clients in highly complex environments. James applies his enriched skillset, coupled with his CSTL inf certification, to lead client engagements.
​James holds the Chartered Cyber Security Professional (ChCSP) title, which is the highest tier of registration, reflecting the depth and breadth of his expertise.
Harry Frankl, Security Consultant
Harry applies a deeply technical mindset when approaching projects for our clients, allowing him to identify risk in complex systems. Harry's background spans four years, with security expertise developed at Modux and other SMEs. This expertise has been amplified at Wilbourne, where his applied problem solving is utilised across a variety of client engagements.
Hui Shing Chong, Security Consultant
Hui Shing holds a Masters in Computing (Security and Reliability) at Imperial College London and a Bachelors in Computer Science from King's College London. Hui Shing contributes to the delivery of purple team engagements, ISO27001 implementation, privacy advisory, and both internal infrastructure and application penetration tests.
James Saltmer, Security Consultant
James is a security consultant, with a background in cyber security from the University of Warwick, and a foundation in security consulting, research and penetration testing from WithSecure. James' expanding security skillset stems from purple teams, application penetration tests, cloud reviews, and supply chain reviews.
Alex Vaida, Senior Security Consultant
Alex is a highly skilled cyber security expert with over ten years of experience leading red-team services and managing in-house application and mobile security across PwC and UIPath. Alex specialises in white-box testing exercises and secure code review engagements across a breadth of modern technology stacks and frameworks.
